The majority of our fresh produce is sourced from local privately owned suppliers minimising the ecological impact of our supply chain, and supports the community within our clients’ localities. So, local sourcing makes not just a sensible business decision it is also highly appropriate in our quest to reduce food miles.
This approach is expensive to administer but is fundamental in our values and gives our teams the ingredients and immediate service they require.
Like every responsible business we have to make sound decisions that are good for the environment and our children’s future. We naturally use a range of Organic and Fair Trade products from renewable sources and in some cases source from the producer directly.
We are currently working towards biodegradable alternatives for much of our packaging.
