Relaunching the restaurant with a new theme and menus was the key element of our approach for the Derbyshire when we won the account in September 2003. We created an identity for the restaurant called ‘Blue’ to reflect an element of fun, excitement and to illustrate the changing culture of the business. The launch featured website and desk drop marketing initiatives to promote the constantly evolving food offer and sales grew in the first year by 23%!
